Elena Rossi is an Italian avvocato (lawyer) specialising in European Union immigration law. She is licensed to practise before Italian courts and has represented clients in appeals to the General Court of the European Union.

Her practice covers Schengen Type C short-stay visas, Type D long-stay visas, family reunification under EU Directive 2003/86/EC, and the EU Blue Card. She has particular expertise in cases involving third-country nationals who are family members of EU citizens, where free movement rights provide stronger protections than national law.

Elena also handles visa refusals through administrative appeal and, where necessary, judicial review. She has a strong track record with Italian consulates in Africa and the Middle East, where refusal rates for certain nationalities are disproportionately high.
